Cancellation Policy

📌 BOOKING POLICY A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits will be applied toward your total service. Appointments are not confirmed until deposit is received. ⏰ LATE POLICY A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After 10 minutes, your appointment may be canceled or shortened. Late arrivals will still be charged full price. ❌ CANCELLATION POLICY Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours will result in deposit forfeiture. 🚫 NO-SHOW POLICY No-shows will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service. Future bookings may be declined. 💅🏽 SERVICE POLICY (VERY IMPORTANT) I do not work over other nail techs’ work. Please book a removal if you have existing product.
